Ep 3. Guarding Greg

  • October 8, 2001

In "Guarding Greg," the third episode of Yes, Dear season 2, Greg and Jimmy decide to go to the Lakers game, but they realize they need someone to watch over their apartment. So, they ask Kim's brother, Dominic, to do them a favor and watch over the place for them while they're gone. Dominic, who has just gotten out of jail, agrees to watch over the apartment, but he soon becomes a little too comfortable and starts throwing wild parties with his friends.

Meanwhile, Kim and Christine are having a spa day, but their relaxation is cut short when they realize they've forgotten to pay the bill for the session. They decide to sneak out of the spa in an attempt to avoid paying, but they are caught by the spa employee and forced to do community service.

As the Lakers game goes on, Greg and Jimmy grow increasingly worried about what's happening back at their apartment. They call Dominic, but he doesn't answer. They decide to leave the game early and head back to the apartment, only to find that their worst fears have come true. The apartment is a mess and there are strangers everywhere.

Greg and Jimmy try to confront Dominic about the situation, but he is unresponsive and it soon becomes clear that he has relapsed into his old ways. The situation quickly escalates and it’s up to Greg and Jimmy to try to take back their apartment, restore order and salvage what’s left of their property.

In the end, Kim and Christine finish their community service and join in on the chaos at the apartment, trying to whip the place back into shape and teach Dominic a lesson about responsibility. Will they be able to restore order and put their apartment back together again? Watch "Guarding Greg" to find out.
