When Greg and Jimmy receive a box of their dead uncle's belongings, they find out that Uncle Jerry left them a large sum of money in his will. However, they are shocked to find out that in order to receive the money, they must fulfill Uncle Jerry's dying wish of having his ashes spread on a golf course. The catch? It's a golf course that's closed for the winter.
Desperate to get the money before Christmas, the brothers enlist the help of Kim and Christine to sneak onto the course and spread the ashes without getting caught. However, things don't go as planned when they run into security guards and have to come up with creative ways to distract them.
Meanwhile, Kim and Christine struggle with their own holiday stress as they try to make the perfect Christmas for their families. Kim tries to impress her mother-in-law by cooking a turkey, but finds out that Anne has already prepared everything. Christine, on the other hand, is upset that her mother is in Hawaii for the holidays and feels like her family's traditions are slipping away.
As the group continues to navigate their way through the golf course, they run into more obstacles and mishaps. Will they be able to spread Uncle Jerry's ashes and claim their inheritance before it's too late? And will Kim and Christine be able to find the joy in the holiday season despite their stress and disappointments?
