Bob Miner is a veteran zookeeper who has worked at the Bronx Zoo and the Mystic Aquarium. He moved to Maine and helped Stephen and his family set up the zoo. Bob's love for animals is evident, and he offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.

The show offers viewers an insight into the behind-the-scenes action in the zoo. It offers a chance to see the day-to-day routines of the zookeepers, the veterinary staff, and the animals themselves.
