Ep 8. The Grass Is Always Dinner

The show Yabba-Dabba Dinosaurs is a children's animated series that follows the adventures of Pebbles Flintstone and Bamm-Bamm Rubble, as they explore Bedrock and its surrounding areas with their dinosaur friends. In season 1 episode 8, titled The Grass Is Always Dinner, the gang sets out to find some food for their hungry bellies.

The gang wastes no time in getting to work, picking berries, gathering nuts, and filling their bags with as much food as they can carry.

At first, everything seems perfect, but soon they realize that they're not alone in the valley. A group of small, cuddly creatures also live there, and they're not happy about the intruders. The creatures, known as grass critters, are adorable but territorial, and they begin to defend their home fiercely. They're small but mighty, and they quickly overpower the gang with their sheer numbers.

Just when all hope seems lost, a new character enters the scene. A friendly woolly mammoth named Woolly swoops in to save the day. Woolly is enormous and powerful, and he makes quick work of the grass critters, sending them running for their lives. The gang is grateful for Woolly's help and thanks him for his bravery.

After their ordeal, Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm are ready to head back home, but Woolly insists on helping them carry their bags. Along the way, they encounter some additional bumps in the road, like a treacherous river crossing and a dark and spooky cave, but Woolly remains steadfast and true.

As they near Bedrock, Woolly says his goodbyes to the group and heads off into the wilderness. Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm are sad to see him go, but they're grateful for his help and happy to have made a new friend.

In the end, the gang returns to Bedrock with their bags full of food and their bellies full of adventure. They're tired but happy, reliving their exciting journey as they settle in for the night. The episode closes with the gang snuggled up with their dinosaur friends reminiscing about all the excitement they shared and the new friends they made.
