Ep 9. A Solstice Carol

A Solstice Carol is the 9th episode of the second season of Xena: Warrior Princess. However, Xena is troubled by the thought that they only defeated Grinchus by using violence. She begins to wonder if there's a better way to bring peace to the world, without resorting to bloodshed. Gabrielle tries to comfort her, but Xena's doubts linger.

A Solstice Carol is a heartwarming episode that showcases the best of Xena's character. She's tough, resourceful and brave, but also compassionate and empathetic. The episode also highlights Gabrielle's growth as a character, as she becomes more adept at fighting and more confident in her abilities.
