On July 23, 2007, WWE Raw celebrated its 900th episode with a three-hour special. Episode #900 featured a star-studded line-up of wrestlers, including John Cena, Randy Orton, and Mr. Kennedy, as well as appearances from legends such as Stone Cold Steve Austin and Mick Foley.
The show opened with a tribute to the history of WWE Raw, showcasing clips from previous episodes and memorable moments from the past 15 years. The current roster of wrestlers then took to the ring to kick off the festivities, with John Cena leading the charge.
Throughout the night, fans were treated to a number of high-profile matches, including a triple threat match between King Booker, Bobby Lashley, and Mr. Kennedy for the Intercontinental Championship. In another exciting match, Randy Orton faced off against Jeff Hardy in a non-title bout.
The legends of WWE also made their presence felt, with Stone Cold Steve Austin leading a memorable segment in which he drank beer with the current wrestlers and administered Stone Cold Stunners to anyone who dared to cross him. Mick Foley also made an appearance, announcing that he would be the special guest referee for the main event of the evening.
In the main event, John Cena and Raw General Manager Jonathan Coachman faced off against Randy Orton and WWE Chairman Vince McMahon in a tag team match. The match was highly anticipated, with tensions running high after weeks of build-up. In the end, Cena and Coachman emerged victorious, much to the delight of the crowd.
