Who's That Girl? / Wubbzy's Big Move is the first episode of the second season of the animated children's television show Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! Wubbzy dreams of tall buildings and bright lights, and after hearing a radio advertisement for "Big City Living," he decides to pack his bags and go. Wubbzy's friends are initially upset but help him to prepare for his move, including building him a rocket to travel to the city. When Wubbzy finally arrives in the city, he realizes that it's not as exciting as he imagined and misses his hometown and friends. He returns home and shares with his friends how important they are to him, and they all celebrate with a dance party.
