Eventually, they find the ruby, but as they try to escape, they are confronted by the gnome king and his army. In a tense battle, the team must use all their skills and wits to overcome the gnomes and make their escape.

With the ruby in hand, they travel to the top of the mountain where Nestor's sword is located. The sword is guarded by a formidable stone giant that rises from the ground to challenge them. In a thrilling battle, the team must once again use all their strength and cunning to defeat the giant and retrieve Nestor's sword.

In the end, Nestor, Quest, and Bottom return to the gnome kingdom, where they use the ruby to buy their freedom and earn the forgiveness of the gnome king. The team is reunited, and as they depart the kingdom, they reflect on the dangers they faced, the lessons they learned, and the adventures that lie ahead.
