Katherine is struggling to balance her work life and family responsibilities. She is constantly juggling personal and professional duties, which is putting a strain on her mental health. When her nanny quits abruptly, Katherine takes the opportunity to hire a new nanny, but the new nanny doesn't seem to be the right fit for her family.
Meanwhile, Jenny is feeling insecure about her post-pregnancy body and is looking for ways to boost her confidence. She enlists Anne's help to schedule a spa day, but things don't go as planned when Anne reveals that she is pregnant again.
At the same time, Frankie is trying to impress her boss at work, but her efforts are hampered when she learns that her co-worker is being paid more than her for the same work.
As the episode progresses, the women are faced with various challenges and must find ways to overcome them.
