Ep 12. Merde

It's the final episode of the first season of the Canadian sitcom Workin' Moms and named "Merde". Kate has to deal with a major uproar when her daughter Alice bites another kid at her daycare and ends up getting suspended from the center. Kate is struggling to maintain a balance between her new job and taking care of her kids. As she tries to convince him of her readiness for another child, he remains reluctant and can't make up his mind.

As the episode progresses, Frankie and Giselle also rekindle their relationship while she sorts through her feelings about her relationships with her ex-boyfriend, Juniper, and their son. Eventually, Frankie ends things with Juniper and decides to be a more active participant in her son's life.

Finally, in a shocking twist, Kate snaps at her boss, Richard, after he belittles her for wanting to start an initiative to help working moms. She tells him off and resigns from the company, rather than putting up with his unfair behavior. The episode ends with a cliffhanger where viewers are left wondering what Kate's future holds, without her job and with a child who's been suspended from daycare.
