In Workaholics season 3 episode 7 titled "The Lord's Force", the three main characters, Blake, Adam, and Anders, find themselves entangled in a religious cult called "The Lord's Force". The episode begins with the guys sitting in their cubicle at TelAmeriCorp, pondering about their purpose in life. Adam suggests that they join a cult, to which Blake agrees with enthusiasm. Anders is hesitant at first, but he ultimately agrees to the idea.

The trio decides to attend a recruitment event for "The Lord's Force", a cult that promises to transform their lives. They are welcomed with open arms and are taken on a tour of the cult's facilities. The charismatic leader of the cult, Father Jozeph, convinces the guys to join the cult by offering them a free week-long retreat at their secluded campsite.

The guys arrive at the campsite and are immediately immersed in the cult's rituals and beliefs. The cult's strict rules and regulations begin to take a toll on the guys, and they start to question their decision to join. They are not allowed to indulge in their vices, such as alcohol, drugs, and even masturbation.

Father Jozeph assigns them tasks to complete every day, which include manual labor and prayer sessions. The guys struggle to adapt to the cult's routine, and tensions begin to rise among them. They soon realize that they have been brainwashed into believing in the cult's teachings.

In one scene, Adam convinces himself that he has found his purpose in life through the cult and that he should dedicate his life to serving "The Lord's Force". Blake and Anders try to convince him that he is being brainwashed, but Adam refuses to listen to reason.

As the week progresses, the guys become increasingly desperate to leave the cult. They try to sneak out of the campsite, but they are caught by the cult's security guards. The guys are punished by being strapped to a wooden cross, and they are left out in the scorching sun for several hours.

They are eventually rescued by Jillian, a character who works at TelAmeriCorp with the guys. Jillian had joined the cult a few years earlier but had managed to escape. She had been keeping tabs on the guys and had become worried about their safety.

The episode ends with the guys returning to their normal lives, grateful for their freedom. However, Adam is still convinced that the cult had given him purpose and tries to convince his co-workers to join "The Lord's Force".

Overall, "The Lord's Force" is a hilarious depiction of how easily people can be brainwashed into believing in a cult's teachings. The episode's satirical commentary on religion and spirituality is both thought-provoking and entertaining.
