Alice Quits is the thirteenth episode of the third season of Workaholics. The show follows three friends who work together as telemarketers and their various misadventures. In this episode, the guys are shocked when they learn that their trusty coworker Alice has decided to quit her job.

The episode begins with Alice (played by Maribeth Monroe) announcing that she is leaving TelAmeriCorp to pursue her dream of becoming a professional trapeze artist. The news is a surprise to the guys, who have grown used to relying on Alice for support and stability in their chaotic workplace.

As the guys struggle to come to terms with Alice's departure, they begin to realize just how much they will miss her. Alice is always there to lend an ear and offer sage advice, and her absence leaves a noticeable hole in the group dynamic.

Determined to give Alice a proper send-off, the guys decide to throw her a going-away party. They go all out, decorating the office and buying a cake with Alice's picture on it. However, their efforts are thwarted when Alice fails to show up for the party.

Worried that Alice may have had second thoughts about leaving, the guys set out to find her. Their search takes them to a local circus, where they discover that Alice is indeed pursuing her trapeze dreams. However, they also learn that things are not going well for her in the new profession. Alice is struggling to keep up with her fellow performers, and her lack of experience is holding her back.

Feeling guilty for not being more supportive of Alice's dreams, the guys try to make amends by offering to help her out. They start by giving her trapeze lessons in the office, using a makeshift apparatus made out of office furniture. While the lessons are entertaining, they do little to improve Alice's skills.

Undeterred, the guys decide to take things to the next level and build a full-sized trapeze rig in the parking lot. They enlist the help of other employees and even convince their boss to chip in for materials.

As the construction progresses, the guys begin to bond over their shared goal of helping Alice achieve her dream. They also start to understand the importance of pursuing one's passions, even if it means taking risks and leaving the comfort of a steady job.

The episode culminates in a heartwarming scene where Alice takes to the trapeze, supported by her friends and coworkers. Though her performance is far from perfect, it is clear that she is having the time of her life.

As the episode ends, the guys reflect on their experience and realize that they have all grown as people. They vow to support each other no matter what, even if it means facing uncertain futures.

Overall, Alice Quits is a touching episode that explores themes of friendship, loyalty, and the pursuit of one's dreams. It is a testament to the power of teamwork and the importance of taking risks in order to find fulfillment in life.
