Word Party season 2 episode 6, titled “Building Blocks,” is an animated children's show that follows baby animals as they learn new words and explore the world around them. In this episode, the baby animals are excited to build a helicopter and fly it to the moon.
The episode starts with Kip the turtle, Franny the cheetah, Lulu the panda, and Bailey the elephant playing with blocks. They are trying to build the tallest tower they can, but keep knocking it down by mistake. Kip suggests that they need a plan if they want to build something big. Franny comes up with the idea of building a helicopter so they can fly to the moon.
The baby animals start to work on their plan, with Lulu designing the helicopter, Bailey gathering materials, and Kip organizing the construction. Franny, being the fastest of the bunch, is tasked with gathering the blocks they need. The baby animals work together, and with a little bit of creativity, they successfully build their helicopter.
The helicopter, however, is not flight-ready. Lulu, the designer, forgot to include a propeller. The baby animals start to brainstorm ways to fix the helicopter and finally come up with a solution. They attach a big fan to the back of the helicopter, and it works like a charm.
The baby animals are now ready for their moon mission. They hop into the helicopter and start to fly. The journey is bumpy, and they just barely make it past the trees. Franny, being the one with the keen eyesight, spots that the moon is just around the corner. They fly over the ocean and towards the moon, but their journey comes to a sudden end when the helicopter crashes.
But the baby animals are not ones to give up easily. They dust themselves off and start to think of ways to fix the helicopter and complete their mission. They quickly realize that they have run out of blocks, and Kip suggests that they work with what they have. The baby animals then use their creativity and resourcefulness to build a new helicopter with what they can find.
Their new helicopter is not as fancy as the previous one, but it gets them to the moon, and this time they land with a soft touchdown. The baby animals explore the moon and can't believe what they are seeing. They find a moon rock that they bring back to earth as a souvenir.
The episode ends with the baby animals returning to their building blocks and start to play again. Bailey, however, is still fixated on the moon and begins to design a rocket ship for their next mission.
In conclusion, Word Party season 2 episode 6, “Building Blocks,” is a fun and engaging episode that teaches children about the importance of planning, teamwork, creativity, and resourcefulness. The baby animals' journey to the moon is full of adventures and challenges, but they don't give up and find solutions to every problem they encounter. This episode is perfect for kids who love action and adventure and is a great way to encourage learning through play.
