Word Party is an American animated children's television series that premiered on Netflix in 2016. The show follows a group of loveable baby animals, Bailey the elephant, Franny the cheetah, Kip the wallaby, and Lulu the panda, as they learn new words and skills through music and play.
In season 1 episode 9, entitled "Tired Lulu," the group of animal friends is excited to play a game of "Follow the Leader" together. Bailey takes the role of the leader and leads the other animals on a series of fun and challenging activities.
As the game continues, Lulu begins to feel tired and struggles to keep up with the other animals. She begins to feel discouraged and starts to doubt her abilities. Bailey, noticing that Lulu is struggling, offers her some words of encouragement, telling her that she is doing a great job and that it's okay to take a break when she needs to.
Taking Bailey's advice, Lulu decides to take a short break and rest for a while. The other animals continue to play without her, but Lulu doesn't mind. She knows that taking care of herself is important, and that she will be able to join in the fun again soon enough.
After her short break, Lulu feels refreshed and ready to jump back into the game. She discovers that she has more energy and can keep up with the other animals much better than before. Bailey notices Lulu's renewed energy, and praises her for taking the time to rest and recharge.
As the game comes to an end, the animals gather together for a special treat. They each share something that they are proud of, and Lulu shares that she is proud of herself for recognizing when she needed a break and taking care of herself. The other animals praise Lulu for her self-awareness and bravery.
Overall, "Tired Lulu" teaches children about the importance of taking breaks and listening to their body when it tells them they need rest. Through Lulu's example, children can learn to recognize when they are feeling tired or overwhelmed, and to take the necessary steps to care for themselves. The episode also reinforces the idea that everyone has different abilities and strengths, and that it's okay to take things at your own pace.
