Alex and her brothers are in for a spooky surprise in "Ghost Roommate," the 22nd episode of Wizards of Waverly Place's fourth season.
When their family moves into a new apartment in Waverly Sub Station, Justin, Alex, and Max soon discover that they have an unexpected roommate: a ghost named Lucy. At first, they're excited about having a ghostly presence in their home, but soon Lucy's antics start to turn annoying. She's constantly leaving the door open, making messes, and setting off the fire alarm.
Things come to a head when she accidentally possesses Justin's body and he's unable to shake her loose. Desperate to get rid of their unwanted guest, the Russo siblings decide to hold a seance and try to communicate with Lucy. What they discover is that she's been stuck in their apartment since the 1970s, when she was a struggling actress hoping to make it big.
The Russo siblings agree to help Lucy achieve her dream by putting on a play to showcase her talents. They enlist the help of their friend Harper and some of their wizarding abilities to put on a production that will make Lucy proud. Along the way, they learn about the highs and lows of chasing your dreams and the importance of pursuing them no matter what challenges come your way.
As usual, Wizards of Waverly Place delivers a mix of comedy, magic, and heartwarming moments in this episode. Fans of the show will enjoy seeing the Russo siblings work together to help their ghostly roommate, while newcomers will find plenty to enjoy in the witty dialogue and imaginative scenarios. Whether you're a fan of supernatural shows or just looking for a fun family-friendly program to watch, "Ghost Roommate" is sure to please.
