As the episode progresses, the dreams Joe has been relying on to escape reality take a surreal turn. He finds himself in a dreamland where he no longer recognizes his surroundings or the people in his life. Joe's confusion and disorientation leave him questioning his own sanity, and he desperately tries to find a way back to reality.

Back at the airport, Antonio is faced with a long-distance relationship when his girlfriend, Maria, unexpectedly decides to move back to her hometown. Antonio struggles with the idea of a long-distance relationship and wonders if their love is strong enough to withstand the physical distance.

Meanwhile, as Helen's relationship with Tim continues to develop, they face a significant hurdle when Helen discovers a shocking secret from Tim's past. The revelation turns their budding romance upside down and forces Helen to confront her own feelings and decide if she can truly forgive and move forward.

Simultaneously, Brian finds himself in a conundrum as he becomes more entangled with Kate.
