Ep 11. Will On Ice

Will & Grace season 1 episode 11, entitled "Will On Ice," revolves around Will and Jack's decision to attend the winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. While the two are excited to watch the figure skating competitions, Will is hesitant to go due to the cost of the trip and the fact that he has never been interested in winter sports before.

Despite his reservations, Will eventually decides to join Jack on the trip, where they both become enamored with the glamour and excitement of the Olympics. However, tensions rise between the two when they find themselves competing for the attention of a handsome ice skater named Phillip (played by guest star Patrick Fabian).

As Will and Jack engage in a friendly rivalry over the affections of Phillip, they also begin to examine their own friendship and the ways in which they may have taken each other for granted in the past. Meanwhile, back in New York, Grace is dealing with her own jealousy issues when she discovers that her boyfriend is still in contact with his ex-wife.

Throughout the episode, Will and Jack's antics at the Olympics provide plenty of laughs, while also offering a thoughtful exploration of friendship, competition, and the complexities of romantic relationships. And, of course, there are plenty of dazzling figure skating performances to enjoy as well.
