The gang is back in action in season 2 of What's New Scooby-Doo? and in episode 6, titled "Homeward Hound," they find themselves in the middle of a mystery at a dog show. The episode starts with the gang arriving at the show, where they are greeted by the organizer, Mr. Peabody, who is worried about a recent series of dog-nappings that have taken place at the event.

With tensions rising and the stakes getting higher, the gang must work together to catch the culprit and save the day. Along the way, they use their trademark investigative techniques and get into some hilarious hijinks, all while making sure that the furry canine stars of the show are safe and sound.
