Ep 9. Afterlife

In Wentworth season 4 episode 9, titled "Afterlife," the aftermath of Bea's attempted escape from prison continues to impact the inmates and staff. Vera struggles to deal with her role in the incident and the death of the prisoner who aided Bea, while Kaz seeks to take advantage of the turmoil and assert herself as the new leader of the Red Right Hand.

Meanwhile, Allie is haunted by memories of her past drug addiction and relationship with a violent ex-boyfriend. She turns to Franky for help, but their friendship is strained by the recent tensions between the two women.

As tensions rise among the inmates, new prisoner Sonia arrives at Wentworth, with a mysterious past and a tentative alliance with Kaz. But her true motives are unclear, and her presence only adds to the already charged atmosphere of the prison.

In the midst of all the chaos, Jake finds himself caught between loyalty to his fellow officers and a desire to protect Vera from any fallout from the escape attempt. Will he be able to keep his loyalties in check, or will his actions have dire consequences?
