In Wentworth season 3 episode 4 titled "Righteous Act", tensions within the prison continue to rise as the inmates struggle to maintain order amidst the chaos. With the new governor, Joan Ferguson, stirring up trouble and implementing new rules, the women of Wentworth are forced to adapt or face the consequences.
