Welcome Back, Kotter is an American sitcom that originally aired from 1975 to 1979. The show follows the humorous and often chaotic lives of a group of high school students known as the Sweathogs and their unconventional teacher, Mr. Kotter. Season 2 episode 19 is titled "There Goes Number 5 (2)".

In this episode, the Sweathogs are faced with the difficult task of replacing their star basketball player, Juan Esposito, who has been suspended from the team. As the big game approaches, the Sweathogs are still without a star player. Finally, they stumble upon Freddie Washington's little brother, who just happens to be an amazing basketball player. The only problem is that he's only in the fifth grade.

Despite their reservations, the Sweathogs recruit the young prodigy and train him rigorously for the big game. But as they soon find out, having a skilled player like him on the team comes with its own set of problems.

In the end, it all comes down to the big game against Lincoln High. The Sweathogs are playing their hearts out, and they manage to keep the score close. But when their new star player has to leave the game due to his age, it looks like all hope is lost.
