After a day of trying to find different ways to entertain themselves, the bears decide to visit their neighbors in their apartment complex. They are met with mixed reactions as some of their neighbors are excited to see them while others just want to be left alone. Nevertheless, the bears take it upon themselves to try and make friends with everyone.
Grizz, being the friendly one, goes around knocking on doors and offering to help his neighbors with various tasks. While some of them are more than happy to take up his offer, others are hesitant and seem to want nothing to do with the bears. Panda and Ice Bear, on the other hand, take a more laid-back approach to things and simply hang out in the courtyard hoping to strike up a conversation with someone.
As the day goes on, the bears begin to realize that not everyone is as accepting of their presence as they thought. They encounter a particularly grumpy neighbor named Mr. Park who seems to have a chip on his shoulder. Despite their efforts to be friendly, Mr. Park brushes them off and tells them to leave him alone.
Meanwhile, Panda and Ice Bear strike up a conversation with a young girl named Yu-Lin who is new to the building. They quickly hit it off and Yu-Lin shows them a secret hideaway spot that she has found in the complex. Excited to have made a new friend, Panda and Ice Bear invite Yu-Lin to hang out with them and Grizz.
Later in the day, the bears decide to throw a party in the courtyard in hopes of bringing everyone in the building together. They set up games, music, and food and invite all of their neighbors to join in. While some of them are hesitant at first, they eventually give in and come down to the party.
As the party gets underway, the bears notice that Mr. Park is still in his apartment and hasn't come down to join in the fun. Worried that they have upset him, Grizz goes up to speak with him and ends up having a heart-to-heart conversation with the grumpy neighbor.
Through their conversation, Grizz learns that Mr. Park is actually a Vietnam war veteran who suffers from PTSD and has trouble being around a lot of people. Grizz apologizes for not realizing this earlier and offers to keep the noise level down so as not to trigger him. Mr. Park is grateful for Grizz's understanding and for the first time, seems to warm up to the bears.
As the evening comes to a close, the bears realize that they have made some new friends and have brought the apartment complex together, even if it was just for one night. They say their goodbyes to their neighbors and head back home, grateful for the experience.
