The episode titled "The Audition" is the 15th episode of the second season of the popular series We Bare Bears. In this episode, the three bear brothers—Grizzly, Panda, and Ice Bear—decide to audition for a talent show in order to gain some popularity and recognition. The talent show features host Chip Dipson, who is a popular and snarky personality on the show.

Grizzly suggests that the three bears should perform as a band, but Panda and Ice Bear are hesitant due to their lack of musical talent. However, Grizzly is determined to make the performance a success, and convinces his brothers to at least give it a try. The rest of the episode follows the bears as they prepare for their audition and try to overcome various obstacles along the way.

At first, the bears struggle to come up with a coherent idea for their performance. They argue over what type of music they should play and what instruments they should use. In the end, they decide to perform a funky and upbeat song that Grizzly wrote himself. The song is called "I'll Be There," and features Grizzly on lead vocals, with Panda and Ice Bear playing the bass and drums, respectively.

Once they have their song and instruments sorted out, the bears begin practicing in earnest. However, they quickly realize that they are not very good musicians. Panda struggles to keep up with the beat, while Ice Bear has trouble staying in time. Grizzly, meanwhile, has a hard time hitting the high notes.

Despite their lack of talent, the bears plow ahead and continue to practice. They even go so far as to buy matching outfits for their performance. The outfits consist of brightly colored jackets and pants, as well as funky sunglasses and hats.

On the day of the audition, the bears arrive at the studio feeling nervous but excited. They are greeted by Chip Dipson, who is immediately dismissive of their act. He makes fun of their outfits and their lack of musical ability, and tells them that they have no chance of winning the talent show.

Undeterred, the bears take the stage and begin their performance. At first, everything seems to be going well. The audience is nodding their heads and tapping their feet, and the judges seem impressed. However, things start to unravel when Panda's bass playing goes off the rails. As he struggles to find the right notes, the rest of the band begins to lose their rhythm.

By the end of the performance, the bears are completely out of sync, and Grizzly's vocals have completely fallen apart. The judges look on in horror, and the audience begins to boo and hiss. Chip Dipson tells the bears that they are the worst act he has ever seen, and that they should be ashamed of themselves.

Feeling dejected, the bears slink off the stage. As they are leaving the studio, they encounter a group of young children who tell them how much they loved their performance. The children don't care about the bears' lack of talent or their matching outfits – they just think they are cool.

Feeling uplifted by this, the bears decide to keep practicing and improving their musical skills. They don't know if they will ever be successful musicians, but they are determined to keep trying. As the episode ends, we see the bears heading back to their cave, singing "I'll Be There" at the top of their lungs.

Overall, "The Audition" is a fun and lighthearted episode that explores themes of perseverance and determination. Despite their many setbacks, the bears never give up on their dream of becoming musicians. The episode also contains some great musical moments, as well as some hilarious gags and one-liners. Fans of We Bare Bears are sure to love this episode and its catchy musical number.
