Ep 2. Bears and the Beanstalk

In the second episode of We Bare Bears, titled "Bears and the Beanstalk," we see the three bear siblings, Grizzly, Panda, and Ice Bear, attempting to grow a magical beanstalk after watching a fairytale about it on TV. They believe that if they can grow it, they'll be able to climb up to the world of humans and find some delicious snacks.

The episode starts with the bears already starting the process of growing the beanstalk - they've planted the bean, and now they're just waiting for it to grow. As they wait, they brainstorm different ideas for how they're going to climb it, with Panda even suggesting that they bring along some ropes and hooks to make it easier.

As they wait, they're joined by a group of children who are out on a picnic. The children are fascinated by the beanstalk and the bears' plan to climb it, and they even offer to help. Grizzly, being the outgoing and friendly one, decides to take them up on the offer.

What follows is a montage of the bears and the children trying different methods to get the beanstalk to grow faster - they sing to it, water it, and even use a hairdryer on it. However, nothing seems to be working, and the children eventually get bored and leave.

The bears are undeterred, though, and they continue to wait for the beanstalk to grow. Eventually, after a few days, the bean starts to sprout, much to their excitement. However, as it grows taller and taller, it starts to pose some problems.

For one, it starts to get in the way of the town's power lines, and the bears have to scramble to find a way to prevent it from causing a blackout. Secondly, it starts to attract the attention of a local news station, who send a reporter out to investigate.

The reporter is initially skeptical of the bears' claims that they're going to climb the beanstalk, but as she investigates further, she discovers that they're not the only ones interested in it. A local businessman, Mr. Park, is also eager to get his hands on the magical beanstalk so he can use it for his own commercial purposes.

What follows is a race against time as the bears try to climb the beanstalk before Mr. Park can get to it. They face all sorts of obstacles along the way, from high winds to giant insects, but they remain determined to reach the top.

In the end, they do manage to climb to the world above, but what they find there is not exactly what they were expecting. They do, however, manage to find some delicious snacks, which makes the entire adventure worthwhile.

Overall, "Bears and the Beanstalk" is a fun and entertaining episode of We Bare Bears that showcases the adventurous, child-like spirit of the bear siblings. It's full of humor and heart, with some valuable lessons about determination and perseverance.
