De Li has made surprise flower garlands the other Piplings. Every time she tries to secretly deliver them, the other Piplings almost see her. So De Lis narabug delivers them for her. The other Piplings are thrilled with their garlands but they don't know who they are from. When the cheebies arrive, they help discover it was De Li who made their garlands.
