Ep 1. Episode One

War of the Worlds season 2 episode 1 titled "Episode One" takes place after an alien invasion has taken place, destroying most of humanity. Survivors are now trying to rebuild their lives and find a way to take back their planet.

The episode opens with Emily (played by Daisy Edgar-Jones), an American doctor who is traveling to Europe to find her sister, who is presumed dead. In Europe, Emily meets up with Bill (played by Gabriel Byrne), a former spy who is now leading a group of survivors in the fight against the aliens. Bill agrees to help Emily find her sister in exchange for her medical expertise.

Meanwhile, in London, Sacha (played by Emile de Ravin) and her son, Milo (played by Ty Tennant), are living in hiding from the aliens. Sacha is determined to find a way to fight back and protect her son. She teams up with Tom (played by Bayo Gbadamosi), a survivor who has information on the aliens and their weaknesses.

As Emily, Bill, Sacha, and Tom navigate their way through the dangerous post-apocalyptic world, they begin to uncover secrets about the aliens and their true motives. They also face internal struggles within their group as they try to determine who they can trust and what sacrifices they are willing to make to defeat the invaders.

With thrilling action sequences and strong character development, "Episode One" sets the stage for an intense and dramatic season as the survivors fight for their future and the fate of the planet.
