As the title suggests, the third episode of Wangan Midnight's first season revolves around a young woman with a Nissan GT-R. The story follows the protagonist, Akio Asakura, as he comes across the GT-R on the Wangan highway and is immediately fascinated by it. He learns that the car belongs to a girl named Reina Akikawa, who is also a skilled driver.

Despite Reina's hesitation to race, Akio convinces her to take a spin on the highway. They are soon joined by two other racers – a man named Kuroki and a woman named Rikako – who are also curious about the GT-R. The group engages in an intense race, with Reina proving to be a formidable opponent on the road.

As the race heats up, tensions rise between the drivers. Kuroki, who has a grudge against Akio, tries to sabotage the race, which puts Reina in danger. With her life at stake, Akio must use his skills to save her and win the race.

In addition to the action-packed race scenes, the episode also delves into Reina's backstory and her reasons for driving a GT-R. We learn that she inherited the car from her father, who was a skilled racer but died in a car accident. Reina sees driving the GT-R as a way to honor her father's memory and continue his legacy.

Overall, "The Girl with the GT-R" is an exciting episode that showcases the skills of the show's main characters as well as their personal motivations for racing. The episode also introduces a new character in Reina, who proves to be a strong and compelling addition to the cast. Fans of street racing and high-stakes action will not be disappointed by this intense installment of Wangan Midnight.
