In Wahlburgers season 3 episode 7 titled "On Your Mark... Get Ted... Home!", the brothers are determined to get Ted Danson back home safe and sound. The episode begins with Mark and Paul on a boat, fishing and discussing their upcoming trip to Nantucket. Mark is excited to show off the island to his friend, Ted, but Paul reminds him that it's important to get Ted home on time since he's filming a TV show.
Meanwhile, Donnie is busy with his own project - a new record label. He meets with rapper, Sauce, who he plans to sign onto his label. However, he quickly realizes that the rapper has a bit of a temper and it may be more difficult to work with him than he initially thought.
Back on the boat, Mark and Paul receive a call from their sister, Alma, who informs them that Ted's flight has been cancelled. This news puts a wrench in their plans, but they quickly come up with a backup plan to get Ted to Nantucket. They decide to charter a private plane, but when they arrive at the airport, they find out that there's an issue with the landing gear on the plane they had planned to take.
Meanwhile, Donnie continues to work with Sauce despite his difficult personality. He takes him to meet some of his friends in the music industry, including rapper T-Pain, who surprise Sauce with an impromptu freestyle rap battle.
Back at the airport, Mark and Paul are able to find another plane to charter, but they still need to get home for their mother's birthday party. They decide to split up, with Paul staying behind to wait for Ted's delayed flight, while Mark flies home to help set up for the party.
As the brothers prepare for the party, they reflect on how important family is to them. Mark surprises their mother with a special gift - a song he wrote and recorded for her. The family enjoys a special moment together as they celebrate Alma's birthday.
In the end, Ted arrives safely in Nantucket, and the brothers reflect on the importance of friendship, family, and finding a way to overcome obstacles.
