In Victorious season 2 episode 6, titled "Locked Up," the gang finds themselves in a bit of trouble. While trying to retrieve a smoothie maker that Tori's sister Trina left at a scary prison, they get arrested and locked up themselves.
The episode begins with Tori (played by Victoria Justice) and her friends Andre (played by Leon Thomas III), Cat (played by Ariana Grande), Robbie (played by Matt Bennett), Jade (played by Elizabeth Gillies), and Beck (played by Avan Jogia) riding in a car together. They're on their way to retrieve Trina's smoothie maker, which she left at a prison during a performance. The prison is rumored to be haunted, so the group is understandably nervous.
When they arrive, they're surprised to see that the guards are big fans of them. They're even more surprised when Trina (played by Daniella Monet) shows up, having been released from jail after being falsely accused of a crime. The group is relieved and ready to leave, but they can't find the smoothie maker. They split up to search, but things take a turn for the worse when they find themselves locked in different cells.
The rest of the episode follows their attempts to escape. They try everything from Andre's rap skills to Cat's puppetry to get out, but nothing seems to work. Meanwhile, Trina is on the outside trying to get them help. The group also has to deal with some unsavory characters who are also locked up, including a guy who is obsessed with Beck and a woman who keeps trying to seduce Robbie.
One of the highlights of the episode is when Jade takes charge and comes up with a plan to escape. She convinces the others to use their talents to perform a song for the guards, distracting them long enough for Trina to sneak in and unlock the cells. The group is thrilled to be free and they all leave the prison together, with the smoothie maker in hand.
Overall, "Locked Up" is a fun and suspenseful episode that showcases the different talents of the characters. It's also a reminder that the gang is always there for each other in times of trouble, even if that trouble involves being locked up in a haunted prison.
