In the second season of Victorious, episode three titled "Ice Cream for Ke$ha," the students of Hollywood Arts High School are excited to perform at the annual Kickback Festival. Tori (played by Victoria Justice) and her friends are thrilled to be part of the lineup and are practicing hard to make their performance perfect. But things take an unexpected turn when they discover that Ke$ha, the famous pop star, is also performing at the festival.
As they are browsing through the food trucks, the group discovers a unique ice cream truck with a wide variety of flavors. They are immediately intrigued by the truck's owner, who is selling ice cream as a cover for his real profession, a private detective. The students of Hollywood Arts quickly get pulled into a mystery that involves Ke$ha's stolen purse, and they must work together to help solve the case.
Meanwhile, Jade (played by Elizabeth Gillies) is having her own troubles with her boyfriend Beck (played by Avan Jogia). After finding out that he is doing a stage kissing scene with another actress, Jade becomes jealous and sets out to prove that she is the best kisser in the school.
Throughout the episode, there are comical moments, including a hilarious scene where the group tries to sneak into Ke$ha's dressing room to retrieve her stolen purse. Additionally, there are musical numbers, including original songs like "Shut Up and Dance" and "Best Friend's Brother."
