In season 3 episode 4 of Very Scary People, titled "The Butcher Baker: The Girls Who Got Away Pt. 2", viewers will continue to explore the terrifying story of Robert Hansen, a man who took advantage of his position as a respected community member to brutally murder and torture at least 17 young women in Alaska in the 1970s and '80s.
In the previous episode, we met a woman named Cindy Paulson, who was one of Hansen's victims but managed to escape his clutches. Now, in part 2 of "The Girls Who Got Away," we'll follow Cindy as she recounts her experience and how she was able to survive and bring Hansen to justice.
But Cindy's story isn't the only one featured in this episode. We'll also hear from other women who were targeted by Hansen but were lucky enough to escape before he could harm them. We'll learn about their close calls and the harrowing ways in which they managed to make it out alive.
In addition to survivor stories, "The Butcher Baker: The Girls Who Got Away Pt. 2" will delve deeper into Hansen's twisted mind and his methods of selecting and capturing his victims. Viewers will also hear from investigators who worked tirelessly to connect the dots and finally put an end to Hansen's reign of terror.
