Ep 19. A Tale of Two Pool Parties

The show Vanderpump Rules follows the lives of employees at Lisa Vanderpump's SUR restaurant in West Hollywood. In season 8 episode 19, titled "A Tale of Two Pool Parties," tensions rise as the group attends two different pool parties.

At the beginning of the episode, the group is split into two factions: those who were invited to daytime pool party hosted by Dayna and Max, and those who were invited to a nighttime pool party hosted by Brett. The daytime pool party group includes Dayna, Max, Scheana, Charli, Danika, and Raquel, while the nighttime group includes Brett, Tom Sandoval, Tom Schwartz, Jax, Brittany, Beau, and Lala.

As the two groups prepare for their respective parties, drama starts to bubble up. Scheana is still trying to win Max over and is hurt when she discovers he's been texting other girls. Meanwhile, Tom Sandoval and Ariana are trying to come up with a theme for their upcoming housewarming party, but are struggling to agree.

The daytime pool party goes smoothly until Brett and several members of the nighttime group show up uninvited. Dayna is upset that they crashed her party, and things become tense between the two groups. Brett takes offense and feels like Dayna is acting entitled, while Dayna feels like Brett is trying to steal her spotlight.

Later that night, the nighttime pool party is in full swing. Lala and Brittany both express their frustration with Jax, who they feel has been acting selfish lately. Meanwhile, Tom Schwartz has too much to drink and ends up passing out. Tom Sandoval and Ariana use the opportunity to sneak in and start planning their housewarming party, but they're caught by the other partygoers.

As the night comes to a close, tensions between the two groups start to simmer down. But as always, there are still underlying tensions and drama that will undoubtedly continue to play out in future episodes.
