In Vanderpump Rules season 5 episode 22, titled Reunion, Part 1, the cast gathers with host Andy Cohen for a dramatic reunion special. The episode begins with a montage of some of the season's most memorable moments, setting the stage for what promises to be a night full of drama, tears, and surprises.
The first order of business is addressing the ongoing feud between former BFFs Stassi and Katie. The two women have been at odds all season, with Katie accusing Stassi of being a bad friend and Stassi questioning whether Katie is even happy in her relationship with Tom Schwartz. The reunion gives both women a chance to air their grievances and attempt to hash things out.
Up next is James, who has been causing trouble all season with his drinking and erratic behavior. He's been accused of being a bad friend to Lala, who left the show mid-season, and he's also been caught talking smack about Kristen behind her back. James faces a barrage of questions from Andy and the rest of the cast, and tempers flare as he tries to defend himself.
Another major topic of discussion is the ongoing love triangle between Scheana, Rob, and Shay. Scheana has been dating Rob for most of the season, but her ex-husband Shay has made several appearances, leading to speculation that she might still have feelings for him. Scheana defends her relationship with Rob and insists that she's moved on from Shay, but the other cast members aren't so sure.
The reunion also features plenty of drama between Kristen and her ex-boyfriend James. The two have been antagonizing each other all season, with Kristen accusing James of cheating on his girlfriend with her and James insisting that Kristen is just a crazy ex. Their argument escalates into a shouting match, leaving the rest of the cast stunned and uncomfortable.
The reunion isn't all about drama, though. There are some lighter moments, including a hilarious game where the cast members take turns impersonating each other. This leads to some playful teasing and laughter, showing that despite all their fights, the cast members do have a genuine affection for one another.
By the end of the episode, tensions are high and everyone is agitated. But there's still much more to come in the second part of the reunion, which promises to be just as explosive and emotional as the first.
