Jax and Tom attempt to pull off an elaborate prank on the entire staff of SUR by hiring a fake hostess, ultimately leading to a confrontation between Tom and Ariana. Lisa hires a new SURver named Vail, but realizes quickly that she may not be cut out for the job. Kristen hits a breaking point and finally decides to move on from Tom Sandoval, leading her to cut ties with the rest of the group. Katie continues to plan her engagement party, but tensions rise when Stassi tries to take charge of the guest list. Meanwhile, Scheana and Shay struggle to fix their marriage as problems continue to arise. Will the SUR staff be able to move past their drama and focus on their jobs?
