Tom Schwartz prepares to propose to Katie with a surprise trip to New Orleans, but Jax tries to derail his plans with a wild night out. Meanwhile, back in LA, Kristen tells the girls that Brittany is in town while their men are away, and they immediately plan a girls night out to keep her company. However, things take a turn when James tries to join in on the festivities and causes drama. Meanwhile, Lisa hires a new hostess, Vail, who catches the eye of some of the SUR guys, but also finds herself in the middle of a feud between Scheana and Katie.
