Following the adventures of the eccentric and absurd middle-class snobs, the third season of the Australian comedy series "Upper Middle Bogan" continues with its episode 3 titled "If You Knew Susie." The show blends the environment and culture of the uptight and wealthy suburbs with the charming yet careless bohemian hub as it takes us on a journey of the Bright family's hilarious life.

In this episode, Bess and Danny share their different and amusing perspectives on dealing with ageing. Meanwhile, click-bait king Hayden gets himself in trouble and much to the chagrin of Amber, becomes exceptionally reliant on his mother. On the other hand, Edwina decides to take up some charity work, but her motives are less than philanthropic.

The Brights' quirky life is on full display yet again in this episode, as they navigate their way through the challenges of growing up and growing old, while juggling the responsibilities of family, work, and social obligations.

Bess and Danny show that getting old doesn't mean you have to slow down, as they tackle the issue of ageing with their trademark humorous take on everything. While Bess chooses to stay active and fight off the effects of ageing, Danny gets comfortable with the idea of getting older and embracing a more sedentary lifestyle.

Hayden, on the other hand, gets himself into some trouble with his online trollish behavior and becomes increasingly dependent on his mum's help to get himself out of a sticky situation. Amber is none too pleased with the turn of events and makes it her mission to teach her son some responsibility.

Meanwhile, Edwina takes on a noble cause by getting involved in charity work, but like everything with her, there is an ulterior motive at play. Her actions arouse suspicion from the rest of the family, and they start to wonder whether she genuinely has good intentions or if there's something more self-serving at play.

"If You Knew Susie" provides some classic Upper Middle Bogan moments with well-timed jokes, hilarious misunderstandings, and charming character moments. The show is at its best when it tackles the strange juxtaposition of different social classes, and in this episode, the contrast between the Brights and their charity clients is particularly amusing.

With the series rapidly gaining a cult following since its debut in 2013, Upper Middle Bogan is known for its off-kilter humor and bizarre situations, and this episode will not disappoint in that regard. The writing and acting are consistently sharp, and the chemistry between the cast is exceptional.

Overall, "If You Knew Susie" continues the tradition of the Upper Middle Bogan series with its unique blend of satire, humor and social commentary. For fans of the show, this episode is a must-see, and a great starting point for newcomers to the series who want a taste of what makes it such a joy to watch.
