Ep 4. Don't Push It!

He insists on taking care of the hernia himself and tries to push it back in with his hands. When that fails, the patient then attempts to remove the hernia with a pair of scissors! The doctors are horrified at this self-mutilation attempt and do everything they can to prevent the patient from causing further harm to himself.

Throughout the episode, viewers are given an authentic behind-the-scenes look at the challenges faced by medical professionals in emergency rooms when dealing with life-threatening cases.
