Finally, after battling their way through the sick bag, they reach the virus. The virus, being a sneaky little bugger, tries to outrun them, but they manage to catch it and destroy it with a giant sneeze.

With the virus defeated, the sick bag begins to feel better. The coughing and sneezing stop, and the gang is able to exit the bag. They are greeted with a happy and healthy bag, full of gratitude for Uncle Grandpa and his friends.
