Things take a turn for the worse when Ultraman Tiga arrives to investigate the situation. He too is attacked by the creatures and falls under their spell. The team tries to stop him, but they soon realize that they're completely outnumbered and outmatched.

Just when all seems lost, they discover that the city was once home to an ancient civilization that practiced dark rituals and worshiped a god that demanded blood sacrifices. They also discover a secret, underground laboratory where the creatures were most likely created.

With this information, the team formulates a plan to stop the creatures once and for all. They create a serum that will counteract the creatures' hypnotic abilities and prepare to face them in battle. The final showdown is intense, with Ultraman Tiga and his team facing off against thousands of vampires. But with the serum, they're able to break the creatures' spell and vanquish them for good.

In the end, the city is left abandoned once again, but the Science Patrol team is able to leave knowing that they saved countless lives and prevented a great evil from spreading to the rest of the world.
