  • August 10, 2015

Two More Eggs is an animation series created by the Brothers Chaps, who are also known for their work on Homestar Runner. The show features a variety of comedic animated shorts with different characters. In season 1 episode 1, the focus is on Dooble, a character with a distinctive "dooblie doo" catchphrase.

The episode, titled "Dooblie Doo," is a collection of three shorts featuring Dooble. The first short, "Dooblie Doo," introduces viewers to Dooble and his catchphrase. In this short, Dooble is seen walking around and saying "dooblie doo" to everything he encounters. He says "dooblie doo" to a mailbox, a bird, a puddle, and even a stop sign. Eventually, he comes across a group of people who think his catchphrase is hilarious and start repeating it. The short ends with everyone saying "dooblie doo" together in unison.

The second short, "Dooble's Big Day," follows Dooble as he prepares for a big event. He starts the day by saying "dooblie doo" to his alarm clock, and then goes about his routine saying "dooblie doo" to everything. He gets dressed and heads out, and when he arrives at the event, he says "dooblie doo" to everyone he sees. The event turns out to be a surprise party for Dooble, and he is very happy. The short ends with Dooble saying "dooblie doo" to his cake.

The third short, "Dooble's New Moves," shows Dooble trying to learn some new dance moves. He tries to copy the moves of a group of dancers he sees, but he can't quite get it right. He keeps trying, and eventually, he comes up with his own unique moves that he calls the "dooble doo wop." He shows his moves to the other dancers, who are impressed and start copying him. The short ends with everyone dancing together, doing the "dooble doo wop."

Overall, "Dooblie Doo" is a fun and lighthearted introduction to the character of Dooble. The shorts are well-animated and full of bright, colorful visuals. The humor is silly and often nonsensical, but that's part of the charm. Fans of the Brothers Chaps' previous work will likely enjoy Two More Eggs, and anyone looking for a quick laugh will find plenty to enjoy in "Dooblie Doo" and the other episodes of the show.
