Ep 6. Twanging Your Magic Clanger

Alan is dating Lyndsey and continues to live with Walden. While out on a date at a karaoke bar, they run into Lyndsey's ex-boyfriend, who is also the father of her son. The ex-boyfriend invites Alan and Lyndsey to his house to play music together, where Alan shows off his hidden musical talents on guitar. Meanwhile, Walden attempts to bond with his new love interest for the week, but things take an unexpected turn when she reveals some of her quirks. Eventually, all the characters end up back at the beach house where they realize that they might be happier with simpler lives.
