Ep 3. A Pudding - Filled Cactus

Alan is feeling down about his life, so Walden decides to lift his spirits by helping him with his online dating profile. Meanwhile, Lyndsey comes back into Alan's life and he is torn between his feelings for her and his new relationship with his girlfriend, Gretchen. In an effort to distract himself, Alan decides to make a dessert for his girlfriend's family dinner. However, when he mistakenly adds cactus juice to the recipe, chaos ensues. Meanwhile, Walden helps Jake deal with his crush on his teenage babysitter. As the evening progresses, the dinner party becomes a disaster, and Alan is left to pick up the pieces of his ruined dessert.
