Ep 19. Smooth as a Ken Doll

Alan has a date with a woman named Donna who is much younger than him, but he worries that she won't like him because he's not as smooth as a Ken doll. Meanwhile, Charlie helps Jake prepare for a school dance by teaching him how to dance and giving him advice on how to treat girls. However, Charlie's womanizing ways come back to haunt him when he runs into a former flame at the dance. Elsewhere, Rose tries to mend her relationship with Alan by offering him her toe, which she claims is lucky, but when he rejects it, she becomes offended and hurt. The episode ends with Alan and Donna having a successful date and Jake impressing his crush by being a gentleman.
