Charlie's parents, Evelyn and Harry, are getting remarried and Charlie is not happy about it. He's especially not happy when he finds out that he's getting stuck with a very unwanted job - that of the wedding planner. Naturally, Charlie isn't thrilled about the idea of organizing the wedding, but he decides to go along with it anyway because he loves his mother.
Things start getting complicated when Charlie realizes that his mother is insisting on a traditional Mexican wedding - complete with a donkey carrying the wedding gifts. Charlie tries to convince her that this is a bad idea, but she won't budge. Meanwhile, Alan decides to attend a singles mixer for divorced parents, hoping to meet someone new.
As the big day approaches, Charlie tries his best to make sure that everything goes according to plan. He hires a donkey for the wedding, but things quickly spiral out of control when the animal gets loose and starts rampaging through the house. It's chaos as guests try to evade the wild burro, but eventually, Charlie manages to get the situation under control.
Just when the wedding seems like it's going to be a disaster, everything takes a turn for the better. Charlie's ex-girlfriend Mia shows up and agrees to help him with the flower arrangements. Meanwhile, Alan meets a woman named Sharon at the singles mixer and they hit it off immediately.
The wedding is a success, and even Charlie admits that he's glad he did it for his mother. However, there's one final twist in store - Evelyn reveals that she's pregnant, and Charlie is going to be a big brother again.
Overall, "Always a Bridesmaid, Never a Burro" is a hilarious episode that showcases the best of Two and a Half Men's raunchy humor. It's an enjoyable romp that keeps the laughs coming, even as it explores some deeper emotional themes. Fans of the show will definitely want to check it out.
