Ep 17. Woo-Hoo, A Hernia-Exam!

In Two and a Half Men season 2 episode 17, titled "Woo-Hoo, A Hernia-Exam!", Charlie is scheduled to have a colonoscopy, much to his dismay. He tries to avoid the procedure by faking an injury, but when his doctor catches on, he is forced to reschedule. Meanwhile, Alan is dealing with his own medical issue - a hernia. He is too embarrassed to tell anyone, so he suffers in silence. His discomfort is heightened when he starts dating a woman who is very physical and bending over backwards to please her takes a toll on his condition. As Charlie prepares for his colonoscopy, he receives unexpected news from his doctor, which forces him to confront his mortality. The episode is full of laughs, as well as some touching moments.
