Ep 19. I Remember the Coatroom, I Just Don't Remember You

Alan is feeling lonely, so Charlie encourages him to go out and meet women. At the bar, Alan meets a woman named Gretchen and they hit it off. Soon after, Alan discovers he had met Gretchen before, years ago, and had even slept with her. However, he has no recollection of their encounter and fears he may have made a fool of himself. Meanwhile, Jake is struggling with his homework and enlists Charlie's help. However, Charlie proves to be a less-than-ideal tutor and the two end up getting into a fight. Ultimately, Alan confronts Gretchen about their past encounter and is surprised by her reaction.
