Turkish for Beginners is a German television series that airs on MHz Choice. The show follows the story of a chaotic blended family as they navigate their way through the ups and downs of their lives. The family consists of Doris, a single mother of two teenagers, and Metin, a widowed father of two teenagers. The two parents fall in love and decide to move in together, which creates a messy but entertaining living situation.

The show primarily takes place in Germany, where the characters struggle to adjust to their newfound blended family.
