Ep 3. Mall Rat/Operation: Happy Birthday

Dudley, being the daring agent he is, jumps into the fountain to retrieve the diamond, but he grabs the wrong object and ends up being attacked by a group of angry ducks. In the second part of the episode, titled "Operation: Happy Birthday," viewers get to experience Kitty's "softer" side as she helps Dudley plan a surprise birthday party for their boss, Chief. Dudley is convinced that Chief will be angry about them planning the party without his knowledge, but Kitty assures him that Chief will be touched by their thoughtfulness.
