In the first half of T.U.F.F. Puppy season 1 episode 14, titled "Disobedience School," Dudley Puppy is sent to obedience school after disobeying a direct order from Chief. At obedience school, Dudley meets a tough canine instructor named Sergeant Fluffer, who teaches him the importance of following orders. However, when the Chief goes missing, Dudley must use his disobedient ways to save the day.

In the second half of the episode, titled "Doom and Gloom," Dudley and Kitty travel to the town of Gloomsville to investigate a series of mysterious disappearances. The town is known for being constantly gloomy, but they soon discover that it's being caused by a villainous weatherman named Stormcloud. With the help of their new ally, Sunshine, Dudley and Kitty set out to stop Stormcloud and bring some sunshine back to Gloomsville.
