True Jackson, VP season 2 episode 1 titled "True Concert" follows True Jackson, the 15-year-old vice president of the teen fashion company Mad Style. The episode opens with True brainstorming ideas for Mad Style's first-ever concert. She pitches the idea to Mad Style's founder and CEO, Max Madigan, who is initially hesitant but eventually agrees to let True organize the event.
True sets about planning the concert, recruiting her friends and coworkers to help her. However, things begin to unravel when True's best friend Lulu accidentally deletes the guest list for the event. As a result, True and her team must scramble to come up with a new list of attendees.
Meanwhile, True must also deal with the pressures of performing in the concert herself. She has agreed to sing a song at the event, but as the day draws closer, she begins to doubt her abilities. She confides in her friend Ryan, a music producer who has offered to help her with her performance, but he is preoccupied with his own struggles to produce a hit song for his latest client.
As the day of the concert approaches, True and her team face numerous challenges, including a last-minute wardrobe malfunction and a surprise visit from Max's rival, the fashion industry titan Barbara Jagger. Despite these setbacks, True remains determined to pull off a successful event.
When the concert finally begins, True takes the stage and performs her song. The audience responds positively, and True feels proud of herself for facing her fears. The rest of the show proceeds smoothly, with Mad Style showcasing its latest designs and special guest performers taking the stage. In the end, True looks back on the event with satisfaction, proud of what she and her team have accomplished.
